Occupied Staging.

For occupied staging we do a walkthrough of the home with the homeowner to discuss changes that need to be made to the items that are already present in the home. this can be as simple as removing family photos and any other identifying personal effects, to removing select furniture and having the home painted. After the walkthrough we send the client a detailed report of what needs to be done before staging day. on staging day we bring decorative elements to enhance the look and feel of the space.
