Master Bedroom Bump-Out.

My client is wanting to put an addition over their two car garage to expand their Master Bedroom. They want a larger master bathroom so it feels like a true master suite. we are also adding a second closet so they can have his and hers closets as well as turning their old master bathroom into a hall bathroom. we will also be changing their current hall bathroom into an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom Project.

this is a project i did for a college class. we were given the dimensions and told to design the space. we had to include a toilet, tub, shower with ada compliant grab bars, a double vanity with ada compliant sinks, and a linen closet or cabinet.
